Essential Info
2024 is going to be quite different to previous CPACs as we have to take over this whole amazing 4 star hotel in order to secure the beautiful big ballroom. What a party it's going to be with everyone staying at the same hotel! As a result, we are primarily selling passes inclusive of accommodation at Shanghai Mansion in Bangkok’s bustling Chinatown with 3 and 5 night passes available. We’ve worked hard to ensure the passes are packed with oodles of fun stuff, whilst also giving value for money. Very importantly, this means you can sleep in and still rock up in time for events!
~ CPAC 2024 is capped at 200 dancers. We will keep the availability of passes updated on Facebook.
Dancers are accepted on a first come first served basis.
~ At a later date, once we have reached our target of rooms at Shanghai Mansion, a Backpacker Pass (from US$195) will be available for those on a budget, who don't wish to stay at the official CPAC hotel. These are Thursday-Sunday event only passes, excluding boat trip, buffet dinner & accommodation. You can add your name to the waiting list to express your interest. Thank you for your kind understanding :)
~ If you are in financial difficulty and keen to join we have a few Volunteer Passes where you can come help out at the event in exchange for a free 3 night pass at Shanghai Mansion from Thursday-Sunday. Please contact us to discuss your eligibility.
~ Companion passes at reduced rates are also available for non-dancing family & friends who wish to join in the holiday. Please contact us to express your interest.
~ For those travelling with children please see room options on respective accommodation pages, limited availability, first come first served basis. The event is free for under 16s. Those who are 16+ please purchase a companion pass or if dancing, select an event pass. Please note that under 18s must be chaperoned by an adult.
~ Flights are not included and we are unable to provide any packages including flights for 2024. Please organise your own flights to/from Bangkok. For Phu Quoc we recommend taking VietJetAir.com. See Flights for more info.
