In addition to the gorgeous performers below, all instructors will be showcasing their talents in a ‘Teachers Spotlight’ on Friday 24th May 2024 at the Great Gatsby Gala.
MAGGIE & HUGO
Ceroc Hong Kong’s very own champs Hugo and Maggie are coming over from France for a long-awaited reunion with the #internationaldancefamily!
Starting as absolute beginners in Hong Kong, their partnership on and off the dance floor has flourished over eight years together. Now, as co-teachers in France and lifelong learners, they travel across Europe joining modern jive and west coast swing events to continue refining their connection and technique. They’ll be joining our line-up of performers, with lots of fun and smiles guaranteed! You can count on seeing them on the social floor until sunrise, so don’t hesitate to ask them to lead, follow, or switch! |
ALICE & PETEUK Ceroc champions, Alice and Pete, will be taking to the stage with a freestyle performance meriting their strong connection and fun musicality. Winners of the Pan Asia Champs open category in Bangkok 2018, this is now their 3rd consecutive Pan Asia Champs, this time they are joining us as a family of three.
Well known in the UK Weekender and Competition circuits, they are always bringing a crowd with them wherever they go. We just had to invite them to perform for us as we love watching them dance! |
EMMA & QUENTIN
All the way from Ozzie, our 3-time CPACer, the evervescent Emma Keating, sole director of Le Step Gold Coast and driving force behind the Modern Jive scene in Queensland Australia for nearly 20 years, is returning, and this time performing a freestyle routine with a new talent straight out of the Gold Coast’s fresh dance scene, Quentin Lovett. Emma also co-hosts Queensland’s Dance Junkies events and Australia’s largest workshop and championship event, Ignite QMJC. Quentin started his dance journey 5 years ago and has become an integral part of the Coasties group that push the standards of Modern Jive.
